Howdy! ;) Thank you for stopping by. A bit of info about me-
My nickname is Mame-Chii and I am a Deadpool fangirl (I admit it!!) I love pirates,
I love anime/manga, along with Marvel and DC. (Deadpool ftw) I love just about anything Japanese- (I hate natto, and pickled foods). I draw the Japanese anime style and am currently learning (self-teaching) how to draw the more western comic style. I am currently attending college for graphic design, and would like to apply what I learn from that to drawing comics.
While CGI animation can be stunning and beautiful, I do not like that it is overtaking 2D. Plus, the qaulity of 2D animation has gone down on many levels. Give me Bugs Bunny and Animaniacs any time. ;) (I'd probably even take Spongebob at this point) It is not just about the animation, but the storylines/humor... a lot of it has really dumbed down... Buuuut I love My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic!!
I love meeting new people, learning new things- which is rather perfect here. I look forward to learning from everyone here. :) <3
While I do enjoy writing about corruption, politics, hyprocrosy, and other subjects along those lines, I do not like talking about them... I would rather discuss art, manga, anime, comics, movies, music, every day life, family, church,... That's just me.
I am opinionated. I really think about what I watch and what I read. I think about what the characters do and say. If it's fantasy or something, maybe you can get away with inconsistencies. Although my opinions may not really count towards what I think about the characters, I still talk about them. There are a few movies, shows, books/manga that I could mention. We should talk about them sometime. ;)
I am currently studying Japanese, I know enough to have a basic conversation. My Japanese nickname is Mame-Chii (Ma-may which means 'bean').

I am a Christian-Baptist. I believe that God gave me Cystic Fibroses (CF) to be a blessing to someone. He gave me the love of art and the ability to draw. He has provided for me so much in my life that there is no way to call it "coincidence" I hope that we can be really good friends in the future ;).
